We start with a remote analysis of your property using traffic data, zoning information, and grid capacity. If the site meets our criteria, we schedule an on-site visit to finalize placement, power requirements, and partnership terms. The entire process typically takes 2-4 weeks.
Nothing upfront. Gamma Charge covers all costs for equipment, installation, permitting, and ongoing maintenance. Property partners earn revenue from every charging session — a true zero-cost, revenue-generating amenity for your property.
From signed agreement to operational chargers, most installations take 8-12 weeks. This includes permitting, utility coordination, construction, and commissioning. We handle every step of the process.
We deploy Tesla Supercharger V4 hardware with NACS connectors — the same chargers used across the Tesla Supercharger network. These support charging speeds up to 250kW and are compatible with all major EV brands.
Revenue depends on location, traffic volume, and utilization rates. Our team provides detailed revenue projections during the site evaluation. Most partners see meaningful returns within the first year of operation.
